I always come to this hotel while in Mexicali; excellent ratio quality/cost; clean; sometimes noisy on the week ends; friendly workers; working AC and hot shower; good restaurant on site. lots of parking space; walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.
Clean room for a low price (especially on booking dot com) close to the border. Didn't eat. Street tacos available around the corner. Stayed on a Tues in June 2025. It's quiet until the early morning trains start running about 4:30am to 6:30 +/- 30 minutes. Most rooms face west so it's very hot, ac worked very well to cool the room off. No outlets close to bed. Would stay again if I just need to sleep.
Perfect spot for crossing the border, clos to ATM, Soriana, and great food. Rooms are comfortable, shower is hot, and air conditioning is very cold. Breakfast was delicious with hot coffee. Only downside is it is noisy, there is a train that lays on the horn for 10 minutes at a time 1 street away. But I would stay here again if coming through.
